The football world is one area of sporting entertainment which has over the years enjoyed high maximum profits. Football teams all over the world have seen a big rise in their status as investors have seen this area of sport as a befit of accumulating much profit. This evidence is clearly sighted in the managing affairs of European football clubs such as Manchester United and Real Madrid just to mention a few.

However, this is not the case in African Football. In this area of sports, the continent has struggled to compete with rivals such as the premier league and champions league net spend.

Ghana has not been left out of this woes as it footballing management has been allegedly hit with issues of corruption and bribery and lack of financial capital to fund the necessary structures needed to make it profitable. Coaches are also hit by this mismanagement issue and hence makes it harder for them sometimes.

Coach Ben Bessah Zola, a Fifa license B coach known very well in circles of local football in the country. Known for his strong style of management and steel he posses, Coach Bessah Zola undertook managerial roles as coach in teams such as the famous Aduana Stars,Sekondi Hassacas, Sporting Mirren, Feyenoord Academy now WAFA and Okwahu United FC just to mention a few.

Started his coaching Journey since 1993 and has won for himself excellent accolades and trophies such as the Ghana Premier League and other special competitions. In an exclusive interview with the coach on Phone,he disclosed to Kingdom FM journalist Mr. Ebo Blankson the lion that he did not leave Ghanaian football because of the low financial status but he has much interest in Agriculture and he will always be available to serve any team that is ready to pay for his services. Though He lamented that a lot can be done to change football in the country to make it a great platform for entertainment and groom younger talents as well as earn revenue in exchange, he called for the backing of Ghanaian football to support the Normalization Committee to normalize football in our country again.

Coach Bessah Zola may not be the only Ghanaian to have left his career to do agriculture as Celebrity John Dumelo has also moved into the snail rearing business which has gained a lot of attention of late.

Coach Bessah Zola, having worked with Coach Hebert Addo to win the title for Aduana Stars and avoided relegation with the Hasmal Boys and entering the CAF champions league with a sudden cup exit made these known to the Mr. Ebo Blankson and the sport panelists of Kingdom FM on sport show PA2PA which airs every morning from 0555GMT TO 0700GMT local time.
